My debut cookbook, Veneto: Recipes from an Italian Country Kitchen (Guardian Faber) is out now.

The book is a collection of 100 recipes inspired by the cuisine of my home region of Veneto, Italy. With it, I wanted to share a piece of my heritage and tell my story and the story of my family through the recipes and food that shaped us. I hope you’ll enjoy reading and cooking from it.

I styled and photographed the entire book, mixing plated food shots with photos of ingredients and landscapes. The clean page layout and eye-catching cover are by talented designer Anna Green.
